How does the Carraízo rationing work
The Sergio Cuevas plant plan splits the served sectors into Zone 1 and Zone 2. In Phase 1, each zone alternates 48 hours with service and 48 hours without. If the reservoir keeps dropping, Phase 2 extends the cycle to 1 day on and 3 days off.

Where to get water during the shutoff
PRASA activates water-truck "oasis" points coordinated with each municipality. Call PRASA at 787-620-2482 or your municipal emergency management office (OMME) for the nearest point.
